I help lead an organization with the vision to redefine wellness in America through scalable, precision-compounded care - one person, one clinic, and one community at a time. As a team, we deliver safe, precise, and rigorously tested compounded medications. We empower our partnered providers with the confidence to offer patients the highest quality of care through radical transparency in compounding formulation, product testing, pricing, and open communication. Building on this leadership foundation, I am also finishing my doctoral degree in higher education learning support and have 25 years of experience leading and consulting organizations to succeed. My research, which informs my practice, explores ways to better support student veterans and non-traditional students in postsecondary settings.
