As an Internal Audit Manager at Denver Health, I have the opportunity to bring my energetic personality and professional skills together as I lead teams to strengthen our organization. As part of the internal audit team I get the opportunity to oversee the internal audit function using a risk based approach. This includes performing regular assessment’s of operational, financial, and fraud risks to the company. Our team performs operational and financial reviews to provide actionable recommendations to key management so that they can make sound business decisions based on facts as they guide the company through an ever-changing business environment.Outside of work, I most enjoy spending time outdoors and serving in my community. Included in my favorite hobbies and interests would be running, camping, reading, theme parks, robotics, trains, and volunteering. One of the things most important to me is my family.
