I am a founder, builder, and investor who leads a growing ecosystem of companies focused on high performance construction, luxury development, and long term value creation across the Southeast. My work spans residential and commercial environments, but the common thread is simple. Every project must elevate the human experience and stand as a lasting representation of quality.Through Bradford Custom Homes, Rover Construction, Anchor Retail, Lake City Exteriors, SR Development, and other aligned brands, I guide teams that deliver at the highest standard. We build custom homes, transform legacy properties, create branded spaces for national retailers, and manage complex renovations with an owners representative mindset. My responsibility is to protect the vision behind every project and ensure clarity, craftsmanship, and predictability from concept to keys.I also lead a private real estate investment platform focused on speculative luxury development in premier destinations. Current initiatives include Atlanta, Charleston, and long term opportunities in Kiawah Island and Highlands. The goal is to create a portfolio of architecturally significant, wellness driven properties that appreciate in both financial and experiential value.I host The Bradford Blueprint, a podcast and education platform built to help builders and trades professionals scale with intention. The mission is to give the industry a practical roadmap for growing from the tools to the boardroom.My purpose is to build meaningful work with people who care and to create structures, companies, and experiences that last.
