Compliance also includes providing valuation opinions in tax matters and meeting fair value reporting requirements under U.S. GAAP.Control reflects order, efficacy and useful information. With appropriate accounting systems, managerial skills, and financial analysis, economic decisions are made more easily and correctly through problem and issue isolation and measurement. Control increases situational awareness and focus on reality which improves decision making.Planning is an essential element of achieving goals. To be on purpose and deliberate, it is necessary to have a map and to know the terrain ahead.
