While I was in the General Assembly UX Design Immersive Boot Camp from February - May 2024, I needed a part-time job. I found a position at Publix Supermarkets in the Peachtree Battle neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, but currently work at a store in West Cobb County, Georgia.Since I have been there, I have learned how to cashier, bag groceries appropriately, provide customers with premiere customer service, and restock items.Additionally, I am currently learning how the customer service staff counts money, balances lottery tickets, delegate / assign chores, and manage an ever-changing schedule based on how busy our store gets at different hours of the day. I am also learning how to help our cashier team work together to better serve our customers.During the community fundraisers Publix has put on, I was listed as one of the top fundraisers, and have been at the top of the list of customer service associates and cashiers who have promoted Club Publix, Publix\'s company-wide rewards program for its customers.
