Founder & Designated Broker of Madrona Real Estate Services, LLC a 27-year young Management, Brokerage and Development Company. I have been involved in real estate management and development for 46 years since 1978.Current Goals are:To continue to develop apartment properties in a very tough economic tide. Anacortes, WA is a target market as we finished Fidalgo Flats in the Spring of 2022. We look forward to acquiring other apartment site in this market and continue to grow our presence in a special town. To and lead and grow a stronger team at Madrona in 2024 to successfully manage and enhance the experience of our tenants and owners of the 1,250 doors we currently have under contract. To add several new apartment management contracts within the Pike Pine Urban Neighborhood in 2024.Specialties: Honed skills in the negotiation and acquisition of commercial real estate in the greater Seattle Market. Syndicator of portfolio grade investments. My CCIM Designation and Argus Software skills have provided a solid background in understanding and evaluating income properties and ground up development.We currently manage over 1,250 doors of Retail, Residential and HOA properties. I am a CPM Designee and have 46 years of property management and development experience.
