Identified ~50 million dollars in savings by sending over 100 part numbers within the hydraulic fluid power commodity to global suppliers through RFQs. Organized and maintained quotes through a tracker & DAR analysis to enhance the display of supplier bids & performance. Processed over 2.5 million dollars of invoices that had price discrepancies through interaction with supplier finance teams and updating purchase orders through our ERP system. Created and forwarded ~50 purchase orders totaling over to suppliers for samples, prototype, PPAP (production part approval process), and scrap parts. Managing projects on the systems & structures side of GPSC, leading multiple supplier update meetings per week and reporting to upper management on these updates bi-weekly. Attend global supplier meetings, networking dinners, and internal and external domestic facility tours to enhance relationships and develop experience dealing with suppliers from across the globe as well as understand what each of our in-house facilities are responsible for.
