About Braden West
My passion for accounting began when I was in Kindergarten, painstakingly keeping the books for my front-yard lemonade stand. Fast forward a dozen years, and I would find myself at the state competition in the UIL Accounting competition and ranking first overall in the Best of Texas Accounting contest. That passion carried me to the University of Texas at Austin, where I received a Master in Professional Accounting degree in the #1 program in the world. I have since joined Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics as a Forensic Analytics Analyst, where I use cutting-edge analytical tools and methods to aid forensic accounting investigations and bolster compliance with applicable regulation.
