About Braden Sarin

Upon graduating from college in May of 2023 Braden Sarin moved to Charlottesville, Virginia for the 20••••24 academic year where he interned with Dr. Kenneth Elzinga, the Robert C. Taylor Professor of Economics at the University of Virginia. This internship gave Braden the opportunity to learn from a world-class consultant and economist. In this role, Braden built and synthesized large sets of sensitive data, and his research with Professor Elzinga highlighted the global impact of free-market economies. Braden has a particular interest in business administration and operations and he is fascinated by real estate development and finance. Braden is seeking a career that would utilize his strengths in working with a wide range of clients and leaders. Having worked in economic research, operations, leadership development, and various business settings, Braden has proven to be a fast learner who can adapt quickly and pivot between time- sensitive tasks with ease. As a creative yet methodical problem solver, Braden thrives in leveraging data and research to drive business performance and strategic decision making. He is a big-picture thinker with strong attention to detail, allowing him to successfully solve real-world business problems for a diverse set of clients. This outward facing work with people has helped Braden to develop his presentation and teamwork skills. Braden executes the vision of any project he is given in an accurate and timely manner. He is not afraid to ask questions or request guidance when needed and likewise demonstrates leadership by taking the initiative to assist others when they need help.Braden is a recent graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with degrees in Business Administration and Sports Management. In addition to his educational background, in recent summers Braden has been a member of the management staff at Summers Best 2 Weeks Camp (SB2W), where he has excelled at managing the daily responsibilities of all staff members and overseeing the logistical and operations side of an organization. Outside of the classroom and workplace, Braden has enjoyed serving the broader community. He has helped as an after-school tutor, and spent time connecting with students from Kenya by assisting with a running clinic there. When he is not at work, you can often find him cheering on his favorite sports teams or playing golf.
