About Braden Meadows
Currently, I am SWH Landscape Architecture\'s Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel out of the firm’s Knoxville, TN office. Since joining SWH, I have helped procure work in 17 states and assisted in tripling the number of employees in the firm. Previously, I have worked in the United States Senate, United States House of Representatives, and the Georgia House of Representatives. As a Congressional Intern in the U.S. House, I assisted the legislative staff of a Georgia Congressman with constituent correspondences, legislative memos, and tours of the U.S. Capitol. While working in the Georgia State House, I had a much more involved role where I was tasked with coordinating legislation with lobbyists, attending committee hearings, drafting legislation for legislative counsel to review, drafting memorandums, drafting press releases, and communicating with constituents.In my professional career, I strive to combine the creative thinking skills I attained during my formal landscape architecture training with the legal and business skills I developed in UGA\'s JD/MBA program.
