I serve as Vice President of Accounting at Sunbridge Home Health Care, where I oversee financial operations supporting a multi-service healthcare organization. My role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and systems. In addition to traditional accounting responsibilities, I work across payroll, benefits administration, compliance reporting, billing processes, and financial systems implementation. Much of my work focuses on building the operational and financial infrastructure that allows healthcare organizations to scale while maintaining strong controls. My experience includes developing internal reporting and compliance processes, implementing financial and HR systems, managing complex payroll and ACA reporting requirements, and designing workflows that connect financial data with operational decision-making. I’m particularly interested in operational finance within healthcare and service organizations where finance leaders play a central role in building the systems that drive sustainable growth.
