As a Senior Manager in EY\'s Tulsa office, I have over 10 years of experience serving the tax compliance and financial reporting needs of clients in the energy, consulting, and manufacturing sectors. I have extensive experience supporting private equity backed portfolio companies as well as widely held partnerships and publicly traded MLPs. I\'ve helped my clients plan and execute significant M&A transactions and seamlessly deal with the complexities of restructures. My experience allows both the management team and other stakeholders to have upfront analysis and planning for potential deals. In supporting the financial reporting function of my clients I have prepared and audited the income tax provision for both private and public companies. As part of these projects I have managed teams from multiple jurisdictions to ensure our clients have the best support possible.
