I\'ve spent over 25 years helping organizations navigate some of their most complex technology challenges, and what I\'ve learned is that the technology is rarely the hardest part. The hardest part is the people: getting teams aligned, building trust with clients, and making sure the work we do actually sticks long after the project closes. Today, as Modern Workplace Practice Manager at 2W Technologies, I lead a team focused on helping organizations modernize, secure, and get real value out of their Microsoft 365 investments. Over the course of my career I\'ve led enterprise IT operations at Emerson, a Fortune 500 with global reach, built and delivered complex Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions as a Principal Architect at SPR, and now I\'m growing a practice at an MSP/CSP where I get to do all of it: strategy, delivery, team development, and client relationships.
