I help drive reduction in fraud loss by identifying and documenting fraud trends then proposing process changes to reduce vulnerability. As the SME for Lexis Nexis ThreatMetrix order policy, I maintain and update rules in an effort to identify fraudulent orders and work closely with the team that manages login policy. I represent the Fraud Analytics team in both intra and interdepartmental meetings and projects with the objective of staying aware of projects that have the potential to impact our team and to serve as a partner and point of contact for Fraud Analytics. Additional responsibilities include special projects and investigations as directed by my VP, exploring uses for AI in aiding fraud analytics, and assist the data science team as needed. I routinely use SQL queries, and utilize Sharepoint, Chalk, and Strategy (MicroStrategy).
