As a Coordinator on the People Operations team, I am responsible for the administration of OneStream’s Talent Development programs and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from 1,700+ learners across the globe. I own the systems and procedures that support the creation, growth and maintenance of key Talent Development activities and projects.Key Responsibilities / Achievements: Coordinate key processes for programs, such as learner registrations and completions, course rosters, employee gifting and charitable giving contributions. Organize and assist in developing materials such as videos, learner materials, evaluation surveys, handouts, and learning pathways. Support live sessions, in-person and virtually, including large-scale online events and meetings. Conduct mandatory compliance training administration including reporting, monitoring completion, analysis of training events, and troubleshooting issues. Assist the People Operations department in other areas as needed.
