1. Senior Manager - North America Network Optimization, Design, and Engineering

   Amazon

   Apr 2019 — Present

   Manage 19 Amazon program managers and business intelligence engineers (BIEs) in developing/integrating innovative solutions and programs for the North American transportation network. Collaborate daily with Global Delivery Services Modeling and Optimization team to develop and scale new network optimization tools, leveraging data and science to drive incremental speed and transportation efficiencies.• Project Kronos –Collaborated with middle/final-mile operations and configuration teams to introduce a new “Ops Clock” to improve speed to customers. In total, 1,796 lanes were analyzed with 1,065 lane changes implemented, achieving 400 bps of 1-day speed improvement. • Project Hercules – Designed an air/ground network in 48 hours to support critical personal protective equipment deliveries to front-line associates. Over 8 weeks, launched 25 inbound flights from China to KONT to distribute 396K cubic feet (6,600 pallets) of masks and wipes. • SC-SC Network – Designed and deployed a new hub-and-spoke network to mitigate middle mile constraints and reduce transportation cost. Configured a supplemental middle-mile network to move 3.1MM shipments per day for Peak 2020.
