   I believe when it comes to your money you should be told the whole story and by having the story in its entirety you will be able to decide for yourself what it is that you really want. I often times ask new clients what would you rather have or Without fail they always say I want the Without fail they never ask any questions about the money they just chose the larger number because that’s what we have been taught want. Some of the adds I’ve seen on TV over the years have been “What is your number” or “How big is your nest egg.” No body tells you how the rules of money change the day you stop working and day you start playing. What if the size of your savings was far less important than where is it held? What if you could have the future you’ve always dreamed of with half as much as you thought you needed?What if a change in the tax code changed how much you get to spend? What if because of where you hold your money, you unknowingly incur a tax on your social security benefits that could be as much as throughout your retirement years? Has your advisor every explained that to you and what if that was just the tip of the iceberg?What if no advisor out there was required to tell you the second half of the story and it was the second half of the story that would change all of the decisions you make today?What if I had the second half of the story that no one else is telling you, would you want to know about it?What if everything you thought to be true about money turned out not to be, when would you want to know about it and would you fix it? I believe people want a better way when planning their future and when they are given the whole story the decisions they make are different from what they are today based on future they want.There are so many details we are never taught and the devil is always in the details. When would you want the know the second half of the story?
