   The MDM team is accountable for the delivery of Projects, enhancements and defect fixes, monitoring and issue resolution (tier 3 support) for Enterprise Master Data Management (HR, Customer, Supplier and Product). My team consists of resources from Sr Developers to Jr. offshore resources. In this role, I have led multiple development projects (both UI and backend), I created the MDM Run team by selecting, and developing raw talent into a team that is a valuable part of the Enterprise MDM services. This team not only understands an array of technologies, but understands how to apply the technologies to the business needs in order to maximize value to Cardinal Health and minimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
