   Brad Zastoupil is an audit partner at PwC in Minneapolis. Brad has over 20 years of experience serving mid and large-cap domestic and multi-national public companies in multiple sectors. Brad has helped his clients address numerous complex accounting issues such as accounting for business combinations, impairment considerations, integration of acquisitions, complex derivative instruments, public utility regulatory matters, debt issuances and modifications, and divestitures, including carve out financial statements and discontinued operations. Brad has assisted clients in improving business processes through control rationalization and optimization. He works in an integrated fashion with tax and IT teams to ensure a seamless, effective and technology-enabled audit, and has assisted fellow partners in enhancing quality. He has led several public equity and debt securities offerings.Outside of work, Brad serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for BestPrep (Minnesota-based non-profit that prepares students with business, career and financial literacy skills), is on the External Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin school of business, and is PwC’s lead partner for recruiting activities at the University of Wisconsin.
