ABOUT BRAD YAEGER

I am an Associate at Warren Camacho LLP practicing exclusively in the area of family law. I earned my Bachelor’s degree (with distinction) in humanities from Concordia University’s Liberal Arts College. I obtained a Graduate diploma in Business Administration from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business, and then my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa, where I graduated cum laude. I was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and spent four years as an associate in a high-volume family law litigation practice at a national law firm before joining Warren Camacho in 2022. I represent clients in complex and wide-ranging litigation files including appeals, Hague Convention applications, high conflict parenting disputes (including mobility cases and cases with allegations of domestic violence or parental alienation), contempt motions, and complex property and support disputes (including joint family venture claims, income imputation claims, and claims to set aside domestic contracts). I appear regularly before Ottawa’s Superior Court of Justice. I am also experienced in negotiating and drafting marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. When I am not in the office, you will find me spending quality time with my spouse Caroline, my son Liam, and my dog Remy.
