Brad has nearly a decade of experience in recruitment and executive search, with a strong record of senior-level placements across diverse industries and functional domains. Brad has led successful executive searches for roles including CEO, CFO, CTO, CIO, VP Finance, VP Engineering, Head of Internal Audit, and Director of Finance. His recruitment expertise spans a wide range of industries, including SaaS and enterprise software, cybersecurity, fintech, engineering, utilities, manufacturing, real estate, and construction.Brad also brings deep insights into different ownership structures ranging from owner-managed businesses (OMBs) to private equity- and venture capital-backed companies, and publicly traded firms.
