Our strategy is to identify necessary repairs and reasonable costs before contractors have spent money on poor decisions in the restoration process. We are in the full service restoration business so we understand intricacies of claims and have worked on claims in high value or complex residential, multi family, high rise office, medical facilities, k-12 education, higher education facilities, planetariums and aquariums. We believe relationships with our clients are important. Our customers are primarily insurance carriers who recognize the value of having consultants on site at the beginning of a loss and not just an armchair quarterback after the job is over. Our work as expert witnesses for attorneys have resulted in settlements that were satisfactory to our clients in almost every engagement. We are selective in which companies we choose to partner with. It is best that parties have a similar philosophy on how claims should be handled. We can also provide expert witness services, scope development, dispute resolution, bill reviews, and innovative solutions to complex claims.
