I am not your average Systems Engineer.Of course, I am trained in Systems Thinking, System of Systems, Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE), SysML, Concept Development, Requirements Management, Design Synthesis, Integration, Risk Management, Agile Development, Lifecycle Management, System Architecture, Human Systems Integration, Modeling and Simulation and then some, but I think you get the idea. I am an SE with practical business and customer service experience. Working to exceed customers’ expectations and requirements has always been my focus whether that customer is internal or external. I have worked with leadership on strategy for process improvement for small and large companies. If you’re not challenging the status quo and championing change, you are adding to a complacent work place. That’s not me. What really motivates me each morning is working on challenging, complex systems that make big impacts. Simply put, making a difference.I know I am not going to be a PGA golfer or Wimbledon champion, but I do feel lucky to have found my niche’. My main objective is to find ways to make things better than they were before and pursue continuous improvement.
