I’m an accomplished VP of Commercial Innovation with extensive experience across commercial product development and innovation.My decades of experience in the brewing and manufacturing industry have granted me comprehensive expertise across the development and implementation of global growth and innovation strategies. As Global VP of Commercial Innovation with Anheuser-Busch InBev, I’ve achieved recognition as the #1 most innovative company in North America through my leadership of a TAM portfolio value of over $20B. Working my way up with Labatt Breweries, I demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and proficiency in the oversight of large-scale operations, including a $100M 2M hectoliter brewery with over 170 staff members. Given the opportunity to join parent company AB InBev as Director of Innovation and Technology Development, I played a key role in the deployment of some of the company’s most successful global products and brands.I’m proud to have developed and maintained a dynamic worldwide market presence and substantial financial profits for my organization. My achievements include increasing large package sales by 11%, delivering over $5.2B in global innovation with a 10%+ renewal rate, and driving the development of the first organic and fortified beer brands and in-home draught machine.
