As VP of Broker Sales, Brad is responsible for the managing and leading of FrankCrum\'s performance and business strategy, while driving the growth of FrankCrum\'s numerous agent/broker management relations. With more than 18 years of experience in the industrial property and casualty, benefits, and finance industry across the U.S, he fosters a success-oriented and accountable team environment based on commitment, trust, and integrity-all of which has been instrumental in FrankCrum\'s growth and retention. Prior to FrankCrum, Brad was part of Federated Insurance sales, marketing, and risk management; a privately held Fortune 100 insurance company. Experience in the marketing and risk management department positioned him to work closely with business owners developing strategies to reduce risk and maximize profits through customized loss sensitive insurance programs. Brad holds a BS in Marketing from the Florida State University. As VP of Broker Sales, Brad oversees over agencies and brokers that market products across the Nation. He continues to work in a strategic manner, developing new products and implementing new features that benefit clients and FrankCrum alike. FrankCrum is the largest private and fourth largest Professional Employer Organization in the country, employing more than employees and located in Clearwater, Florida. Brad offices out of Clearwater and Panama City Beach, Florida.
