Experienced Solar Construction Manager for commercial and utility scale projects with over 200 MW commissioned. Understand and can implement strategic task management for efficient and safe completion of mechanical and electrical task. Able to communicate effectively with Project Management staff to ensure look ahead schedules can be met. Experienced in all types of installations including carport, roof top, ground mounted fixed tilt, ballast and tracking systems. Including ATI, Nexttracker, RBI, Solaredge, SMA. Able to provide supervision and guidance to sub-contractors and coaching to employees to develop task organized and managed teams that work to meet or exceed production expectations. My approach of finding the most efficient methods that lead to effective solutions has provided a great deal of success in projects I have managed. Able to develop positive and successful encounters at many levels both internally and externally with sub contractors, inspectors, engineers, laborers and most importantly my clients. Having a safe and professional attitude in mind has always been my standard. I currently have my OSHA 10 certification. I also have first aid, CPR,AED certification. I understand the value of a safe and efficient work environment and its long term benefits to the organization and its employees. I enjoy working to solve problems, keeping a keen eye on details such as professional image of those I represent, and working within established safety guidelines,budgets and schedules.
