I have served as lead engineer on several key projects, including: US Cellular Roaming-Led a team of four to optimize network boundaries and transition services to lower-cost providers Nokia Network Level Validation- Defined team test strategy, integrated and validated new platforms and features, and acted as test lead for major LTE releases. Nokia First Office Application- Managed the initial integration of new products into the customer environment, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.I am recognized as a trusted subject matter expert and key contributor, consistently sought out by peers and cross-functional teams for technical guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic insight. I enjoy mentoring others to build strong teams: Nominated for a USCC TOPs award for saving $15M by shifting nationwide roaming traffic to lower cost providers, decommissioned CDMA roaming, and utilized Steering of Roaming tool to adjust network boundaries. Identified low adoption rate of the USCC Call Guardian app and developed a targeted awareness and training campaign resulting in a 30% increase in app usage and enhancing customer satisfaction. First E911 Phase 2 call with Verizon Wireless.
