I oversee the 9 congregations and 3400 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the greater Buffalo, NY area. The affords me the opportunity to work with (and in a sense, manage) dozens of talented volunteer leaders supporting their congregations in different ways. I generally spend my Sundays assisting with different aspects of ministry by training leaders, counseling with members, and speaking as a part of church meetings with adults and youth.
