Primarily a Senior EHS Specialist embedded with industry leader in semiconductor manufacturing at their #1 producing campus. In that roll I have functioned as EHS Project Manager for the base build of their newest high tech manufacturing facility through start up and commissioning, and managed their program for repair, replacement, decontamination and preventative maintenance for safe state achievement and impact to production mitigation on equipment valued at $50 million+ per in their 4 operating facilities. Concurrent with those responsibilities, I functioned as Project Manager for Banda Group in which I hired, trained, managed and led a direct report staff of 5 responsible for overall project safety and final acceptance of equipment packages for start up and commissioning of their flagship facility. I simultaneously managed 7 additional staff embedded with multiple general and subcontractors across multiple locations. In this roll I have also consulted to / supported a recognized industry leader in the pharmaceutical sector in both construction, refitting, and operational safety, as well as consulting on a targeted basis for troubled projects from contract review, to boots on the ground information gathering with CM / GC leadership and subcontractor management and field staff, to reporting findings / recommendations. https://bandagroupintl.com/
