My interviews with members include reviewing and analyzing their specific needs, their income, and their debt (including credit report review and scoring). I then recommend appropriate loan products as well as other Credit union services, and when appropriate, refer them to other professional service providers (Realtors, Home Inspectors, Real Estate Attorneys, etc.).
