My practice currently focuses on technology companies and providing support for tax accounting (ASC 740/ FAS 109), tax planning, and modeling of tax law changes, business combinations, and reorganizations. My client base and experience includes very large multinational clients as well as start ups. I have had the opportunity to help several companies successfully navigate mergers, spin-offs, public offerings, and business sales.I earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College and obtained a JD and LLM in Tax from Washington University in St Louis. I am a member of the California State Bar.
