He has provided audit services to public and private companies in the U.S. in industries including energy, consumer and industrial products, and healthcare providers. Brad has significant experience with SEC regulatory reporting, mergers and acquisitions, public debt and equity offerings, and financial statement and footnote analytical review. Brad’s principal responsibilities in his role at the Department of Professional Practice included researching technical accounting inquiries and developing firm auditing and accounting guidance. Brad is a contributing author to several thought leadership publications. Brad has experience in complex technical accounting topics, including revenue recognition, business combinations, income taxes, long-lived assets, pensions, debt/equity and stock-based compensation.
