   Having expanded my responsibility to cover both Law and Corporate Affairs as the Enterprise Architect for the Law & Corporate Affairs Digital Platforms within Chevron, I am responsible for making architectural decisions and providing architectural vision for the Law function and the Corporate Affairs function within Chevron globally.I work closely with the business, as well as with our other architects to align the technology strategy of Law & Corporate Affairs with the broader Chevron technology strategy and roadmap and with the business capability goals. I function with decision authority to approve/disapprove legal and corporate affairs technology choices based on architectural fitness with enterprise and business objectives.As enterprise architect my goal is to maximize business value delivery to Chevron while also optimizing and rationalizing spend across systems deployed globally across many business units and functions.I have the honor of being the only enterprise architect in Chevron functioning as the enterprise architect for two functions (Law & Corporate Affairs) with approximately 200 applications total.
