The Princeton, New Jersey-based medical device manufacturing company offers a robust line of products that include implants for acute and chronic wounds and peripheral nerve repair. The mission of the company is to limit uncertainty for surgeons so they can better serve their patients and maximize outcomes in the operating room. End users of Integra LS products include surgeons specializing in orthopedics, plastics, and trauma at hospitals, freestanding surgery centers, and alternate care sites. Whereas the majority are corporate-owned practices, the company also serves medical and dental practitioners who operate at a high quality and volume of service. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, I lead and mentors a team of 10 account managers, 2 Associate Sales Representatives, 1 distributor and 3 regional business leaders (product specialists) who cover a territory including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont with a focus on growing share in the acute regenerative medicine market.
