Brad Pepin is a Senior Vice President at Northmarq Commercial (formerly Stan Johnson Company). Pepin brings over 33 years of real estate, finance, accounting, and operational management experience to the firm. Specializing in net lease retail, office, and industrial investment sales, as well as structuring joint-venture partnerships for build-to-suit projects, Pepin puts an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional advisory & brokerage services. While there, he has closed $3 billion in net lease transactions, contributing to his team’s overall volume of $12.5 billion.Prior to this role, Pepin served in various CFO and Corporate Controller positions. Pepin spent over a decade with FaithHighway, Inc. and Tax and Accounting Software Corp. He began his career joining Ernst & Young, LLP – a global public accounting firm in Tulsa.Pepin is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Oklahoma and holds the designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Pepin is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
