As President of Alcove, a small Real Estate development and investment company, I manage our capital like a small private Venture Capital fund. Every investment, whether in real estate, a small private company looking for investors, or stocks and bonds, are evaluated based on our projection of total after tax return and how they fit into our asset diversification model, and risk vs. return criteria. My role utilizes skills in project management, financial analysis, and the ability to model data in such a way that will lead to comparable and actionable information.
