I developed a strong understanding of how each department supports the buyer journey and learned to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage leads and support the sales process.Now based at a model home sales office, I work directly with prospective buyers, building rapport, answering questions, and guiding them through the early stages of the homebuying process. This role has strengthened my communication skills and customer-focused mindset while deepening my knowledge of residential real estate.
