About Brad Nevin

Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL, I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Public Relations major and a Communication Studies / Creative Writing double minor. After moving to Atlanta in 2004 and working in merchant services for two years, I chose real estate as my career path because I love working with people. Buying and selling homes allows me to negotiate transactions that provide a win - win for both sides. Keller Williams Realty prides itself in top quality service, and the honesty and integrity that I uphold every day in my business goes right along with their core mission and values. After working in an amazing real estate environment full of technology and education at my fingertips, I moved on to rejoin some really smart and successful people from my early days in the business. Now at EXP Realty, a cloud based real estate firm that offers online training, technology and support, I am narrowing my focus to embrace the changes in the market and sell homes in the neighborhoods I love and believe in. I am so excited to be in such a high paced business where my end goal is to help people achieve their dreams in some of the biggest transaction of their lives. For two years I also worked with The American Home, a REIT which buys homes in the greater Atlanta area, rehabilitates them and rents them to qualified tenants. This experience has taught me more about updating older homes and homes in need of major repair to diversify what i can offer to my clients.
