As the Lead for Daily Operations, I directed a high-performing team of 43 personnel dedicated to the protection and oversight of $3.2 billion in mission-critical strategic assets. My role functioned as the central nervous system for the facility; I was responsible for monitoring complex, multi-system alerts and coordinating rapid-response logistics for any equipment failures or security incidents. To ensure the highest level of organizational readiness, I designed and executed over 30 comprehensive emergency response drills annually, maintaining a flawless record of zero security breaches.A significant portion of my leadership involved high-level stakeholder collaboration, where I worked directly with Navy leadership to synchronize our security protocols and response strategies into a unified operational framework. Beyond active management, I served as a subject matter expert in policy development by authoring the core operational guidelines that dictated our team’s daily workflows and emergency maneuvers, ensuring every action met rigorous federal compliance standards.
