I specialize in transforming project delivery through PMO implementation, continuous improvement, and Lean methodology.My journey has spanned from field operations to enterprise-level program management. I’ve led the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-billion-dollar initiatives—including CapX2020 and Badger Coulee—while building cross-functional strategies that connect engineering, construction, regulatory, and finance.
