About Brad Nelson
During the last 20+ years of excitement in the manufacturing industry, I have been able to create many lanes of success within several organizations, and serving in different functional areas. I truly enjoy people. I love working with people to engage, create a solutions, and implement as a team; job #1 of any employee is to be a leader that invests in others around you. My favorite reflections through my career are the ones where I\'ve been able to lead a group of cohorts through tough times, and come out the other side reflecting on our journey to success. As most, if not all, Manufacturing professionals that have spent decades working through the challenges that come with Quality, Regulatory, and Lean Transformations. If you were to ask others that have worked with over the years, I would imagine the themes of trust-building, leadership investor, and continuous improvement mindset would be the top three. My passion for lean business process, enabling people\'s success, and the ability to make a financial gain for the organization are evident in my career accomplishments. While I am proud of what I have been able to do in my career, I know that I have multitudes still to learn, and an unknown amount of opportunities to create more success in the industry.
