I started as a Coordinator and grew into this broader Partner role as the business expanded. That growth taught me how to connect strategy with empathy, and how to build systems that serve people and help them do the best work of their life. We were very proud to be voted a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2024 by our team!I’ve rebuilt how we hire, supported over half our current team into the business, and helped shape moments that bring people together: from cultural events to office redesigns. I’m at my best when I’m helping others succeed and creating the conditions for meaningful work. Here\'s some of the day to day: Owning recruitment and the employee lifecycle from end to end Designing and continually iterating on our hiring and probation processes Complete ownership HR operations and administration and knowledge of employment law Complete ownership and continual iteration of the office experience Complete ownership of our IT experience in the UK in partnership with our international partner Gather and using data to inform and improve the employee experience continually Delivering and project managing culturally significant events and moments (team days, DEI programmes, etc.)
