About Brad Morton

Brad Morton serves as vice president, Product Management at Press Ganey Associates for the Workforce and Engagement Strategic Solutions. For more than 30 years, Press Ganey has been the industry\'s recognized leader in health care performance improvement, digital platforms, and analytics. Prior to joining Press Ganey, Brad served as senior vice president of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing at Morehead Associates, an employee engagement firm acquired by Press Ganey. Brad was a critical member of the senior management team that led the company to triple its revenues from 2006 to 2012. Prior to joining Morehead, Brad was a director of product management at Premier, Inc, where he was responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and creating successful product strategies. Prior to joining Premier, Inc. Brad was the national product and sales manager at Sarstedt, Inc, where his 25 member team was responsible for developing, marketing, and selling medical products to pharmaceutical, university, and healthcare clients. His strengths include product development and management, business development, strategic planning, marketing, developing end-to-end digital platforms, and developing high performing teams. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of North Carolina.
