These micro-factories are a breakthrough in efficiency due to automation, small size and proximity to customers. They are energy efficient, good for the environment and provide fresh nutritious food. Initially, we will offer a solution to the labour-stressed institutional foodservice industry (healthcare, residential care, day care) and over time solutions to other markets.
