I am a qualified Maintenance & Reliability Engineer who has worked in the Energy industry for over 10 years. I have strong technical expertise in Product Ownership of Maintenance Processes and Systems arising from various roles originating from my mechanical trade experience. These include Product Owner (PO) of Maintenance Work Management (MWM), Maintenance Planning and Coordination for Mobile, Fixed Plant and Power Management. I have significant experience in the optimisation of processes and systems to support Asset Management including the Australian Regulatory requirements for the Safety Case and License to Operate regime for two Gas plants consisting of 5 LNG trains. Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/ Product Manager has added to my skillset and aided the Agile delivery of key projects including leading an Agile Scrum team in Product Owner role. My experience to date has allowed me to develop excellent leadership, people management, collaboration, influencing, vendor/contract management and communication skills that enable the application of my business knowledge to all levels of the organisation and deliver efficient solutions for a diverse range of issues.
