About Brad Marion
I have spent 35 years in the executive search business, and I am proud to have led the global automotive sector for Korn Ferry for the last 20 years. With a team of 25-30 professionals around the world, Korn Ferry leads the executive search industry in its automotive industry knowledge and experience: via our OE-relationships, as well as our diverse experience with suppliers for both OE and aftermarket sectors. Our experience has diversified into commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles as well as the retail side of the industry. Not surprisingly, we have done an increased amount of business in recent years with EV/hyrdrogen/fuel-cell companies as well as those developing autonomous driving technologies. I am spending my time in our Board & CEO practice. We enjoy making a difference in people\'s lives while having a meaningful impact on a company\'s future.
