About Brad Malone
I have been fortunate to work the full cycle of the Ag industry. From seed production into the bag, turning dirt and planting/harvesting on the family farm to soybean oil extraction and corn wet milling and grain drying, storage, equipment and animal nutrition systems. Currently, I am in the grain storage and transportation sector working with ~50M bushels of grain a year. I have a proven record of changing cultures, colleagues mindsets and process improvement around EHS. Helping internal and external customers at all levels of an organization buy in and find their value leading to a complete transformation of a companies culture. Experience with building and managing relationships with great analytical skills and a passion for the latest and greatest technology.
