About Brad M. Meslin
Brad Meslin is a founder and Chairman of CSP Associates LLC, and manages CSP\'s private investment affiliate, CSP Equity Partners. For more than 40 years, CSP has been a leading provider of commercial diligence advisory services to global private equity investors and institutional financing sources active in the aerospace, defense, and government sectors. Since its participation in the first defense industry leveraged buy-out in 1990, CSP has been engaged in more than 1,500 transactions on behalf of more than 300 private equity and corporate investors in the U.S, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. CSP Equity Partners has a 30-year track record of co-investing in aerospace, defense, and government contractors, committing capital to more than 125 companies to build one of the broadest private equity portfolios of aerospace, defense and government services investments. Dr. Meslin and his partners are currently building a new investment platform focused on earlier stage dual-use companies that are developing innovative solutions to address current and emerging national security priorities. Dr. Meslin was a co-founder and Director of Spacehab, Inc,(formerly NASDAQ: SPAB), which developed the first privately-financed human spaceflight habitat and flew more than 20 missions aboard the US Space Shuttle fleet. He also served as acting Chief Executive Officer of eBizJets, Inc.(now Sentient Jet, Inc.), one of the largest providers of business aviation charter services. He has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous middle market aerospace and defense companies, and is a member of the Board of Advisors of The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, Tufts University; the advisory board of Econofact; and the Board of Overseers of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is also a novelist and the author of The Moldavian Gambit, a geopolitical techno-thriller and Amazon bestseller.
