Being as determined as I am, I did a tremendous amount of research and vetting and connected with a investor that has done over $1 billion in real estate over the past 18 years. His name is Kris Krohn. After I partnered with him it became clear right away that this was a winning formula. Instead of me doing all of the work and trying to find deals only in my local area, I am able to leverage Kris and his team where they search nationwide, finding single-family homes in the best markets, and (this is the best part) they do all of the work! That means that Kris finds the deals, he manages the rehab, he finds the tenants, he works with the property managers, he sets up the LLC to protect me, he does everything I don’t want to. Kris and I entered our partnership in early June of 2022 and within two weeks Kris and his team already had a great deal in front of me. This is the easiest and best way I have found to invest in real estate.
