About Brad Kirsch
Brad Kirsch is a Project Director for Sundt\'s California Building Group. As Project Director, Kirsch personally ensures that his projects are a complete success. He is the single point of contact during all phases of the project and will regularly attend meetings and solicit feedback on ways we can increase collaboration, reduce cost and provide an extremely positive experience. Kirsch is primarily responsible for maintaining Sundt’s aviation and mission critical relationships in the region, fostering new relationships with local airports and design partners while cultivating existing relationships, and maintaining healthy working relationships with the subcontractor community. His extensive technical expertise and strong leadership skills have allowed Sundt to successfully deliver on a number of high-profile projects, including several significant aviation projects. A few include- SAN Airport Support Facilities ($164M progressive design-build)- SAN Rental Car Center ($240M CMAR)- SAN Terminal 2 Landside Improvements ($227M progressive design-build)Recently, Kirsch led the Sundt design-build team on the $97M Airport Administration Building at SAN. This project included design and construction of a new 4-story office building for airport administration, including new airport board room, airport operations center, and emergency operations center.Mr. Kirsch’s other significant work experience includes the following- Sony Electronics Corporate Headquarters, San Diego, CA ($160M CMAR)- CSU Channel Islands – Student Housing Phase 3 & Dining Commons ($60M design-build)- Mater Dei Catholic High School, Chula Vista, CA ($65M design-build)- Cathedral Catholic High School, Del Mar, CA ($52M CMAR)
